ASEA application instructions
- The recommended daily amount of ASEA is 60 ml twice a day.
- In addition, drink plenty of fresh water!
- The stability of ASEA is sensitive to impurities. Always close the bottle after taking a portion and never drink directly from the bottle as it may become contaminated.
- Do not mix ASEA with anything.
- Drink ASEA only from plastic or paper cups or from glasses.
- ASEA is recommended to drink 10 minutes before or after a meal.
