ASEA Controls The Entire Manufacturing Process
In order to support the company’s steady growth, ASEA has invested millions of dollars in a state-of-the-art production facility. This enables the company to control the entire creation process from raw materials to the doorstep. Operating a facility of its own guarantees the highest quality assurance, cost stability, and long-term supply security for partners and customers.
The 41,500-square-foot facility (approximately 3,850 square meters) houses offices, testing labs, and a production floor. Approximately 15,000 cases of the ASEA Supplement and 10,000 tubes of RENU28 are produced each week. With current utilization at only about 30% of capacity, ASEA is well prepared to grow as global demand increases.

Certifications And Quality Assurance
The ASEA Production Facility is FDA-registered, NSF-certified, and GMP-compliant, undergoing regular, rigorous inspections. Additionally, the facility is Kosher certified. Registering the facility with the FDA means that ASEA agrees to strictly follow all current GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines for dietary supplements (Section 21 CFR, Part 111).
